Tesla will build its next Gigafactory in Mexico, Monterrey
Elon Musk said at the company’s annual Investor Day on Wednesday, that Tesla is building a new Gigafactory near Monterrey, Mexico. Senior Vice President of Powertrain and Energy Engineering Andrew Baglino said, we are aiming to churn out 20 million EVs a year and this plant will add significant value in that direction.
