- New Manga Platform to launch in US by Kodansha
On Tuesday Kodansha Ltd, announced that it will launch a new manga distribution service through a smartphone app exclusively in the United States. It will be launched on May 10 and named “K MANGA“. The service will launch as a smartphone app on May 10, though website will open at a later date.
Smartphone app will launch with around 400 mange titles at launch and will include 70 ongoing titles. Some of the manga would be –

- Latest Deal between TCS and Chicago-Based Envestnet Data and Analytics
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Chicago-based Envestnet Data and Analytics reached a deal, in which TCS will build cloud-based solutions for Envestnet. TCS will upgrade and enhance Envestnet technology infrastructure, product innovation and helps in streamlining operations.
TCS will also leverage the Envestnet D&A platform by providing customized data & analytics solutions to its clients in the banking and financial services industry. This will fleck as the year’s biggest deal win for India’s top software exporter, TCS.
- World’s first 3D-printed rocket launched but failed to reach orbit
World’s first 3D-printed rocket launched by California based company Relativity Space after multiple attempts, but it failed to reach orbit after the second stage engine didn’t ignite properly. Billed as less costly to produce and fly, the unmanned Terran 1 rocket launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida at 11:25 pm (0325 GMT Thursday), failed to reach orbit.
Terran 1 is powered by engines using liquid oxygen and liquid natural gas as fuel and was built in 60 days. It’s not clear what led to the failure, updates are expected in the “coming days.”
The company still characterizes the mission as an accomplishment.
